Yes. Each phase is priced on its own so you only pay for what the project needs. Many GCs book the rough clean, final clean, and punch list touch up together.
What do you need to price a rough clean?
The site address, approximate square footage, project type, and where you are in the schedule. Plans help if you have them. Most bids go out the same business day.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. We schedule 24/7, including nights, weekends, and third shift, so the clean doesn't hold up your trades.
