A final clean happens after the trades are done and before the space is handed over. It's the clean the owner, the tenant, and the inspector actually see, so nothing gets skipped.

Book it once the trades are out and before your inspection or owner walk through. Send us the turnover date and we'll build the crew schedule around it. If the date moves, we move with it.

It depends on square footage, finish level, and what's still on site when we arrive. Every bid includes a timeline so you can plan your walk through around it.
What do you need to price a final clean?
The site address, square footage, project type, and turnover date. Plans help if you have them. Most bids go out the same business day.
Are floors part of the final clean?
Yes. Floors are swept, vacuumed, mopped, and scrubbed in every final clean. Specialty floor work like stripping and waxing VCT can be quoted separately.
